All slices from ‘Radha and Krishna in the boat of love’ (The National Museum, Delhi via the Google Art Project)
One knows that environment is about much more than just the flora and humans but in so much as it offers joyous reassurance I give you slices from a painting titled ‘Radha and Krishna in the boat of love’. The painting by an unknown artist and of unknown vintage is on display at the National Museum, Delhi. I found it, as always, on the Google Art Project. There is something about the colors and composition of the painting that I find joyously reassuring. The expressions on the faces of the people, including Krishna and Radha, are not much, well, expressive but the faces are well crafted, albeit of similar structure.
