Frenzied creativity has long been my mind's default setting. This morning it has been on display in three distinct creative realms--painting, photography and poetry. The alliteration is unintentional.
It began with this quick painting early morning. It needs no explanation. Paintings need no explanation just as, to quote the great Oscar Wilde, beauty is a form of genius that needs no explanation. The best way to look at a painting is to just look at it and move on. It needs no critical appraisal.
Soon after the painting, I went for my morning walk and observed these four visuals.
And as I finished my walk with these two verses were born:
आज सुबह हल्दी सी थी
यार से मिलने की जल्दी सी थी
कदम मेरे रुके ठीक तब
वोह मेरी जानिब चलदी सी थी

तोड़ना है तो पूरा तोड़ दे
वरना सारे टुकड़ों को जोड दे
रास्ता है कहीं तो जायेगा
कहीं पे भी मोड़ दे
